Initial case review - screening cases for merit.

If necessary, we consult with experts for opinions. Following our review, we prepare a written report for use and study by your legal team.

Medical record chronology.

We support your medical case by reviewing medical records quickly and efficiently. We provide a typed indexed medical records chronology with indexed medical records so that you can quickly locate a document or relevant portion of a record. We identify what is missing or may be unrelated. We are cost effective, and offer a quick turnaround time.

Medical bills chronology.

We will compile medical billing into a comprehensive document ready for study by your legal team. We identify what is missing or may be unrelated.

Medical case analysis.

Following development of the chronologies, we provide a medical case analysis.

Graphics.

We work with graphic designers to illustrate medical injuries, bringing you expert and dynamic courtroom illustrations.

Work with expert witness.

We serve as link between your legal team, providers, testifying expert witness, and other consultants; including case managers and life care planners.

We are nurse case managers too. We work with the catastrophically injured to obtain the support and care they need.

PIP, CR 35, defense, or independent medical examinations.

Your client has the right to a witness being present when submitting to a physical or mental examination. As your witness, attending the exam, we take notes, observe, and audio record. Upon request, we hire professional videographers who are experienced in filming the medical exams to bring you a high-quality accurate video.

Focus group.

We support your focus group by presenting the medical case facts succinctly with live presentation and graphics.

Life care planning.

Life care plans are the roadmap to future healthcare, rehabilitation, and determination of services for your injured client for their lifetime. We work with a team of Life Care Planners, bringing you the documentation you need to settle your case.

Settlement.

We work with you through all aspects of a medical case, including assisting with discovery, interrogatories, deposition, and testimony. We support your legal team at mediation and trial.
